Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes
While cutting down on carbs one week I decided to try out some more creative recipes and stumbled upon a pinterest picture of a pancake made with only a banana and an egg. I spruced the recipe up a bit and it honestly tastes AMAZING, especially with the toppings, those are vital. It reminds me of banana bread pancakes and I’d choose these for breakfast on any given day.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Banana
1 Egg
Baking Powder
Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
Jello Cheesecake Mix
Fat Free Reddi Whip
Fresh Ground Honey Roasted Peanut Butter
Fresh Strawberries
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Mash banana with a fork in a small bowl
2. Add egg and mix well
3. Add a pinch of baking powder, sprinkle of pumpkin pie seasoning, and a sprinkle of jello cheesecake mix. Mix Well
4. Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Add pancake mix and allow it to get sturdy before flipping. continue flipping until golden brown.
5. Top with peanut butter, reddi whip, and fresh cut strawberries. Enjoy!
